The partner HIZA-CES, organizer of the meeting, proposed to organize this meeting online and to organize an additional one in presence later on during this year. The reasons are represented by few factors as: HIZA-CES is in a restructuring process due to Vietnamese Government decision. The secon reason, is that at the meeting in presence, HIZA-CES would like to invite at meeting some companies to collect also their inputs for the content of the MoU. This last reason will allow to enhance the impact of the event, by increasing opportunities of Vietnamese companies to discuss with the Higher Education Institutions partner of the project and increase the Project visibility.
